I prepare and sell freshly baked Homemade cakes and cupcakes for Birthdays and Small Parties. Custom cakes are available. So if you are interested in ordering freshly baked delicious cakes, book your order 1-2 days in advance. Delivery only available on Saturday and Sunday with extra cost. For Weekend so order you need to pick up the cake from my house. Bulk order or Cake weights above 4 kilos will get delivery.

Coffee Cupcakes

Coffee Cupcakes

Today I like to share a very easy to make recipe of Coffee Cupcake. Cupcakes are small in size and you grab it any time whenever you feel hungry. There are many varieties of cupcakes. I love the taste and aroma coffee. These Coffee Cupcakes are ideal for coffee lovers and also goes very well with a hot cup of Coffee.

Coffee Cupcake
































Ingredients

Flour/ Maida: 1 cup

Cocoa powder: 1 tbsp
Instant coffee: 2 tbsp
Baking powder: 1/2 tsp
Unsalted Butter: 1/2 cup and 2 tbsp
Powdered sugar: 1 cup and 3 tbsp
Eggs : 3
Coffee Essence : 1/2 tsp
Salt : A pinch
Warm milk: 1/3 cup



Method


1. First sieve the flour ,cocoa powder, salt and baking powder 2 times.

2. Take bowl, add butter and powdered sugar. Beat it till it becomes light, fluffy and creamy.
3. In another bowl , break the eggs and add coffee essence. Beat till it turns to stiff froth.
4. Add the beaten eggs to the butter mixture little at a time and beat it.
5. Take a small bowl , add warm milk and instant coffee powder. Mix it well.
6. Add the sieved flour and coffee mixed milk. Fold all together to bring the mixture to a dropping consistency.
7. Preheat the oven into 180 degree centigrade for 10 mins.
8. Pour the cupcake mixture into the muffin cups and bake at 180 degree centigrade for 15- 20 mins
9. Take the Coffee Cupcakes out of the oven and cool it on a wire rack.

Icing


Mix 1 1/2 cup icing sugar with 3/4 cup butter. Add coffee essence and 1 tsp coffee powder. Beat till light and fluffy. Optional (Divide the mixture into two bowl. Add your favorite colour and mixture well). Use the piping bag and decorate the cupcake.

I am happy to announce that I have started Baking and Cooking classes in Hyderabad Secunderabad. I am have got 8 yrs for cooking experience and 2-3 yrs of baking experience. I have done various baking courses. 

Let me introduce you to the course: 

1. Baking Lessons: There are two type of baking lesson. 

  • Beginners basic baking class : 

This is a short course suitable for beginners and teenagers for those who are looking to perfect cupcakes baking skills that will remove all your baking fears. In this class you will learn to bake 4-5 types of cupcakes from scratch. You will also get a clear understanding of baking techniques and essentials tips. Learn to bake cupcakes for your family, friends and impress them by the fresh taste. A hands on practice for each and every students.


In this Basic Lesson. You'll learn:

  • Basics of Baking
  • Understands your oven.
  • Baking duration and temperature
  • Tools which is essential for baking
  •  Four types of cupcakes vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, dry fruits or orange marmalade. 
  • Basic Buttercream icing and decorating

In icing Fresh Whipping Cream Icing, Cream cheese Frosting, Chocolate Fudge Frosting. Here I will cover all concept of making cake, cutting, layering, presenting, decorating, storing and packing with all practical hands on experience for all the students.

2. Cooking Class : There are different types of cooking classes available

  • Specialty Bengali Cuisine : a- Starter Class, b- main course class, c- dessert class
  • English Breakfast: Pancakes, egg muffins, hash brown, fish and chip etc
  • Kababs : Chicken reshmi kabab, tikka kabab, malai kabab, tandoori kabab etc (veg and non veg)
  • Chinese : Noodle, fried rice, chilli chicken, Manchurian, soup etc (veg and non veg)
  • Punjabi : Different types of parathas, butter chicken, Achari chicken, palak paneer, chole masala, achari gobi etc (veg and non veg)


Apart from all these class I customize as per students need.

Coconut Cookies




Coconut Cookies

Indulge your taste bud with these delicious crunchy Fresh homemade Coconut Cookies.

Ingredients 


Butter: 150 gms

Powdered sugar :150 gms
Refined flour: 1 cup
Dessicated coconut: 1 cup
Baking powder: 1 pinch
Egg: 1
Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp 




Method

1. Mix butter and powdered sugar to form cream.

2. Add one egg and beat it with butter sugar cream.
3. Add vanilla essence and mix it.
4. Add refined flour, dessicated coconut and baking powder. Fold it well.
5. Now by hand assemble the mixture and form a soft dough. Don't knead with pressure.
6. Wrap the dough with clean wrap and refrigerator it for 6-7 mins.
7. Take out the dough, roll it to 1/4 inch thick. Cut it with cookie cutter.
8. Grease the baking tray and place these Coconut Cookies on it. Sprinkle one pinch of dessicated coconut on each of the cookies. Press it lightly.
9. Preheat the oven at 160 degree C for 10 mins. Bake these cookies at 160 degree C for 15 mins. 
10. Bake it till the cookies becomes light golden.
11. Take out from oven. Cool it completely and serve it or these Coconut Cookies in air tight jar. 

Note: If you want can decorate these Coconut Cookies with melted chocolate.

Chocolate Surprise Cupcake

Chocolate Surprise Cupcake 




Delight your taste buds with these chocolate cupcakes with little chocolate piece inside which surprise your kids and guest with each bite.


Preparation for approx 15 small size cupcakes

Ingredients

Flour: 1 cup
Cocoa powder: 4 tbsp
Baking Powder: 1/2 tsp
Butter: 1/2 cup and 2 tbsp (120 gms)
Powdered sugar: 1 cup and 3 tbsp (180 gms)
Milk Chocolate Bar: 1
Eggs: 3
Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp
Salt: A pinch
Milk: 1/3 cup ( room temperature)








Method

1. Sieve flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder trice.

2. Mix butter and powdered sugar till light and fluffy and looks like cream

3. Beat eggs with vanilla essence to stiff froth ( when you lift the beater then egg drops and stays on the top of the froth).

4. Add beaten eggs to the butter cream mixture little at a time and beat it.

5. Fold in flour by cut and fold method and add sufficient  milk to bring the mixture to a dropping consistency. 

6. In the muffin cups add little bit of batter then in the center add a milk chocolate cube and top it up with the batter again. Fill 3/4 of the cups.

7. Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 mins. Then bake the cupcakes at 180 degree centigrade  for 15 to 20 mins. Check the cupcakes with tooth pick by pricking it in the center.  


Note: If you are baking it in microwave then convection mode for 12- 15 mins. Sieve the flour minimum trice. 

Decorate the cupcakes with butter cream icing and serve it to your kids or guests.
